What Is an Open-Box Product?

An open-box product is an item whose original packaging has been opened or that may have been previously handled. Depending on the product, the original packaging may show signs of opening or handling.

Product Condition

Open-box products are checked before being offered for sale. Product condition, included accessories, packaging, and any visible signs of handling may vary from item to item.

Customers should carefully review the individual product listing for specific details about the condition and included items.

Returns

We understand that customers want confidence when purchasing open-box products. Eligible open-box products can be returned within 14 days, subject to our return policy.

Warranty

Eligible open-box products are covered by a 1-month warranty against applicable manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
